Everything, in order.
The biggest visual update since launch.
FIVE NEW PLANET STYLES
Clay, Origami, Paper Craft, Atlas and Terra each render your world a completely different way — pressed plasticine, folded paper, torn-paper collage, contoured relief maps, and a smooth hand-painted globe. Sixty themes in total.
BROWSE BEFORE YOU BUY
Locked planets can now be previewed full-size in the picker, so you can see exactly what's in the collection before deciding.
ACCESSIBILITY AND UNITS
• Text now scales with your Dynamic Type setting
• Metric units — water in mL, distances in km — based on your region
• VoiceOver labels throughout
ALSO NEW
• Haptics on/off, and a choice of a new planet or your current one each month
• Double-tap the planet to reset the camera
• A privacy toggle for anonymous usage sharing, plus a Privacy Policy link
• Fixes to reminder scheduling and month rollover
NEW
• "Not reporting" status. A battery sensor frozen on one value for weeks is broken whether it reads 1% or 100%. Those used to look healthy; now they're called out with how long they've been stuck.
• Battery replacement detection. Swapping a cell while the app was closed previously went unnoticed, so lifetime estimates never improved. Replacements are now found from your stored history and confirmed once the new level holds.
• Per-device battery ranges. Few devices report a clean 0-100%, so HA Monitor learns each one's real full and empty points from observed cycles and rates severity against that.
• Broken integrations. Integrations that failed to set up have no entities to give them away, so nothing in the app could see them. They now appear with Home Assistant's own reason text.
• Home Assistant notices. Persistent notifications, including failed login attempts, now surface on the Overview.
• battery_low sensors. For many Z-Wave and Zigbee devices this is the only battery signal they expose, and it was previously ignored entirely.
IMPROVED
• Real room names, read from your Home Assistant areas instead of guessed from entity names.
• Remaining-life estimates no longer project from sensors that have stopped moving, which is what produced the occasional "decades remaining" on a dead device.
• Zigbee signal thresholds recalibrated against what Zigbee2MQTT and ZHA actually emit — a healthy mesh no longer reports as poor.
• Dismissed discoveries are no longer reported as failures, which was burying the genuine ones.
• Battery cards now show true status: a frozen sensor is no longer drawn as a healthy full battery.
• Faster Overview, and battery history moved out of preferences storage so it stays off the launch path.
• VoiceOver labels across the battery and issue lists, which previously read as disconnected fragments.
FIXED
• A crash when a sensor reported an unusable value, such as nan or a number far outside the expected range. Some devices emit this routinely for a reading they can't take.
• An expired or revoked token now offers Reconnect instead of an error with no way forward.
• A stalled connection no longer blocks every later refresh until the app is force-quit.
• Onboarding animation no longer briefly draws two rows on top of each other.
• Hiding a battery no longer counted it as healthy in the Overview totals.
This update is all about trust: alerts that fire when they should, and never when they shouldn't.
REMINDERS THAT BEHAVE
• Deleting a reminder now cancels its notifications — no more alerts for listings you stopped watching
• Editing reminder times replaces the old alerts instead of stacking duplicates
• Clearing every time slot now properly turns a reminder off
FASTER SEARCH
• The category picker opens instantly — it no longer freezes while loading
• Category search is quicker and results are easier to scan
• Fixed the category list coming up empty after refreshing categories
• Results now load as you scroll instead of tapping "Load More"
SAVED SEARCHES
• Saving a search now confirms it, and the star shows when a search is already saved
• Saving the same search twice no longer creates a duplicate
• New-item counts stay accurate instead of freezing at the first number found
• Pull to refresh is faster and tells you what it found
• Cards now show when a watched search was last checked
CLEARER ALERTS
• Background check settings now explain how iOS actually schedules them, so you know what to expect
• Reminder and watch screens set honest expectations up front
BETTER DETAILS
• Prices from non-US listings show the correct currency
• Network problems now say so, with a retry — instead of looking like "no results"
• Buying format and condition filters no longer flip your selections back a moment after you tap
• Improved VoiceOver support and large text sizes
• Reminders tab is easier on your battery
• Dark mode fixes throughout
This update gives you control over where a stop lands in your route — plus a big round of accuracy and polish work.
PIN A STOP WHERE YOU NEED IT
Tap ••• on any stop and choose Keep First or Keep Last. Cold groceries can now stay at the end of the run, and Wayza still finds the shortest order for everything else around them.
MILES OR KILOMETERS
A new Distance Units setting. Wayza follows your region automatically, or you can set it yourself.
MORE FROM THE MAP
Tap any stop to jump straight to it on the map. Start or view a trip without leaving the Map tab, and your route line now stays drawn when you reopen the app.
SHARPER ROUTES, STEADIER NUMBERS
• Stop order is now worked out from real road data for more stops than before
• Times and distances match on every screen, and your trip legs add up to the total
• Gas Station no longer suggests members-only warehouse fuel you can't actually buy from
• Lost signal, or turned location off? Your last route stays on screen with a note explaining why it couldn't refresh
EASIER ON THE EYES
Full support for larger text sizes, clearer colors in dark mode, complete addresses on every stop, and a Skip button in the intro.
Thanks for using Wayza. Ideas or problems? Tap Contact Support in Settings — it comes straight to us.
This update also includes performance improvements, accessibility enhancements, and fixes throughout the app.
NEW: THEMES
Fifteen new looks — and they don't just retint the TV, they recolor the whole app.
CLASSIC 90s
Cable Box — the original: deep navy, yellow bezel, green readout
Saturday Morning — candy cartoon-block magenta and cyan
Late Night — warm amber phosphor and wood panel
Test Pattern — SMPTE color bars on black
Miami — art-deco teal and flamingo
8-Bit — four-shade pea-green handheld LCD
16-Bit — vivid console colors on grey-purple
Broadcast — early-90s newsroom navy, gold and red
MODERN
Midnight, Vaporwave, Aurora, Daylight, Terminal
PLAIN
Onyx and Paper, for when you just want to watch
Find them in Settings → Appearance. Every option previews itself in its own colors before you pick it.
ALSO NEW
• Picture shape — choose 4:3, widescreen or fullscreen, so 16:9 recordings no longer sit letterboxed inside a square frame
• Your picture settings finally stick. Scan lines, brightness, contrast, tint, color and screen size all survive a restart
• TV Guide and Settings are now reachable from the on-screen controls, including in fullscreen
• Live stream channels show what's actually playing right now, with an on-air indicator
• Long channel names wrap in the sidebar instead of being cut off
FIXED
• Channels keep broadcasting. A channel used to drop to "No Signal" once it had played through its schedule — it now loops continuously, the way it always should have
• The TV Guide shows the right program. The now-line and the listings are properly aligned, and the channel column scrolls with its rows
• Nothing gets deleted behind your back. Videos whose files can't be read are flagged in your library instead of being removed
• Regenerate genuinely reshuffles the running order every time
• A stream that won't connect now tells you why and offers a retry, instead of showing static forever
• Volume starts at full, remembers where you left it, and the on-screen readout tracks your finger
• Importing shows progress, tells you if anything was skipped, and checks you have room first
• Much easier on the battery — the static effect and the TV Guide are dramatically cheaper to draw
• Better VoiceOver support, and text now scales with your system text size
ENERGY, IN PREVIEW (MIKAZE PLUS)
• A live dashboard for solar production, house load, and grid flow, with animated links showing which way power is moving right now
• Today's curve, plus daily history for the past week or month from your own recorder
• A panel grid that makes a shaded or failing micro-inverter obvious, with a detailed card for any panel you tap
• A list of the always-on devices quietly drawing power all day
• New small and medium Energy widgets for your Home Screen
• Not on Plus yet? The Energy screen now runs a live demo so you can try it before you buy
ALSO IN THIS UPDATE
• Settings reorganized into half as many sections — everything is still there, just easier to find
• Fixed the Today ring label overlapping the rings
• The Mono theme is now properly monochrome: device sliders, widget groups, and the app background no longer keep stray colour
• A rebuilt welcome tour that shows charts, energy, widgets, and protected actions in action
A new way to bloom!
I've been wanting to introduce a whole new style to Daily Petal for a long
time, and I'm so happy I finally get to share it with you.
Say hello to Posy — a completely new way to watch your steps grow. Where
Petal style blooms one flower each month with a petal for every day, Posy
style grows your weeks as living stems, with every day opening as its own
flower. Gold-rimmed blooms mark the days you hit your goal, buds hold the
days still to come, and today's bloom gently sways as you walk.
The first Posy collection is the Birth Flowers set: twelve botanical blooms,
one for each month — from January's carnation to December's holly. More posy
sets are already growing for future updates.
Also in this update:
• A reimagined welcome experience — watch a living meadow bloom, feel every
flower open, and pick your very first flower before you begin
• Pick your style: every month can bloom as a Petal or a Posy
• A refreshed look across the app — quieter typography, softer colors, and
a calmer feel from the first screen on
• New "Reading a Posy" guide in Settings
• Bug fixes and little touches of polish throughout
Thank you for walking with me!
Numbers you can act on.
• Tap any stat to see the reminders behind it. "Past Due: 4" now shows you which four, oldest first, with a link straight to Reminders.
• On-Time Rate now counts unfinished overdue work as missed. Your rate may drop — that's the fix. Finishing two tasks promptly while ten sat overdue previously reported as 100%.
• New: per-list breakdown, so you can see which list is dragging you down.
• New: DueView now tells you what it can't measure. Undated and repeating tasks are called out instead of silently skipped.
• Empty states explain themselves instead of showing a blank dial.
• Best Day now follows your region's first day of the week, and ties no longer flip at random.
• Much faster with large reminder libraries.
• Fixes for Dynamic Type, dark mode, VoiceOver, and the gauge's color.
