Kapal 1.9 is here—and it’s one of our biggest updates yet!
A Completely Revamped Live Camera View
The portrait camera experience has been rebuilt from the ground up. Your live video remains front and center, while useful information and controls are now conveniently available below the stream.
The new camera panel includes:
New PTZ Camera Controls
Kapal+ users can now control compatible ONVIF PTZ cameras directly from the live view.
PTZ support includes:
Cloudflare Tunnel Support — Beta
Kapal can now connect to Frigate servers running behind a Cloudflare Tunnel. This makes it easier to securely access your Frigate server remotely without directly exposing it to the internet.
Cloudflare Tunnel support is currently in beta, and we would love to hear about your experience.
Faster Server Switching with Kapal+
Managing multiple Frigate servers is now much faster. Kapal+ users can quickly switch between saved servers without returning to setup or repeatedly entering connection details.
Thank You to Our Roadmap Community
A huge thank-you to everyone who votes and submits feature requests through the Kapal Roadmap!
Your feedback directly helps shape the future of Kapal, and many improvements in this release were inspired by your ideas. Please keep the requests and votes coming—we’re listening.

About this app:
Build calmer daily routines with a chore chart kids enjoy: quests, stars, rewards, parent approval, progress, and friendly nudges.
Mini Quests: Chore Chart turns everyday chores into small wins your family can see, tap, and celebrate.
Set up a family chore chart in minutes: add profiles, choose starter quests, set star values, and pick rewards like screen time, movie night, or a trip to the park. Each person gets a bright Today view with morning, afternoon, and evening quests. When a quest is done, they tap it, get a celebration, and, if you choose, wait for parent approval before stars are awarded.
Parents get a clean control center for daily routines:
Mini Quests is built for families who want chores, routines, homework, bedtime jobs, and reward charts to feel less like nagging and more like progress.
Works on iPhone and iPad. No ads. No tracking.

Near Orbit has received a major visual overhaul, with redesigned graphics, richer details, and improved animations across ships, stations, planets, asteroids, and other game objects.
This update also introduces a clearer progression system. Earn cumulative points across every run to unlock new planets as you travel farther from the Sun, with each orbit becoming progressively more challenging.
Additional improvements include refined onboarding, smoother visual feedback, enhanced Game Center progress syncing, and numerous gameplay and stability fixes.
About this app:
Take command of orbital traffic in Near Orbit, a fast arcade strategy game built for short runs and high-score chases.
Ships arrive from every edge of the screen. Draw a route for each one, match it to the correct colored docking port, and keep the lanes from crossing at the wrong moment. A clean plan can turn into chaos when new ships spawn, routes converge, and asteroid warnings flash at the edge of the field.
Score by docking ships safely. Build combo chains by keeping the traffic flow moving. Clear quotas to advance levels, earn achievements, and open new planet orbits from the inner system to Neptune.
Features:
Near Orbit is easy to understand, tense to master, and always one bad route away from a messy orbit.

About this app:
Carousel Sleep is a calm baby sleep tracker built around the question every parent asks all day: when is the next nap?
The app is designed around sleep pressure: the natural buildup of tiredness while your baby is awake, and the release that happens during naps and night sleep. Instead of making you calculate wake windows in your head, Carousel Sleep turns that pressure into gentle weather you can read at a glance.
Clear skies mean your baby has plenty of awake time left. Clouds mean sleep pressure is building. Soft overcast means the likely nap window is here. Rain and tiny thunder mean overtired risk may be rising. When your baby sleeps, the weather quiets.
Carousel Sleep also gives you a weather forecast for the rest of the day, so you can see what the schedule may look like if everything goes roughly to plan. Scroll the timeline to preview likely nap windows, bedtime, and the pressure changes in between.
Log wake-ups and sleep with one tap. Carousel Sleep uses your baby’s age, recent naps, wake windows, and sleep history to forecast what is likely next, then presents it in a soft visual timeline designed for tired parents, dark rooms, and busy days.
Use Carousel Sleep to:
Carousel Sleep starts with science-backed averages for wake windows, nap needs, bedtime rhythm, and total sleep by age. Then it adapts to your baby as you log what actually happens. As your baby grows, drops naps, stretches wake windows, or shifts bedtime, the forecast keeps adjusting with them.
No scores. No judgment. No rigid schedule. Just a quieter way to understand baby sleep, spot the next window, and stop doing wake-window math in your head.
Carousel Sleep is private by design. Your baby’s sleep log stays on your device, there is no account to create, and the app does not collect personal data or track you.
Carousel Sleep is a guide, not medical advice. Every baby is different; when something feels off, trust yourself and your pediatrician.
